Kemar Walford, Founder KN Walford Consultancy Ltd (KNWC)
Kemar brings over 17 years of experience in fundraising and the third sector. After a decade with one of the UK’s largest funding distributors, Kemar witnessed how many organisations struggled to meet funders' expectations and knew his expertise in grant assessment and management could make a difference. He went on to found KN Walford Consultancy Ltd (KNWC) in 2016 to support small, often overlooked charities and non-profits in achieving meaningful impact in their communities.
Throughout his career, Kemar has worked with organisations such as London Youth, Caritas Anchor House, and the Bromley by Bow Centre. He spent much of his time with the Big Lottery Fund, supporting charities across London and the West Midlands. He also mentors community sports groups through Sported and served as Chair of Black Fundraisers UK for 5 years.
Dawn Morris, Director of a Business and Accountancy Practice
Dawn is a Licensed Accountant and Business Consultant with over 30 years of experience in strategic financial management, operational leadership, and C-suite roles across the private, public, and third sectors. As the founder of her consultancy firm and co-founder of Integral Experts, she specialises in delivering tailored financial and strategic solutions with authenticity and transparency.
Dawn also serves as a Non-Executive Director for a housing association specialising in older people’s housing. Her expertise spans management accounts, business development, and non-profit governance, making her a trusted advisor for diverse organisations.
Hugh Stultz, Founder and Director of Orange Consulting and Training.
Hugh has over ten years of experience in the voluntary sector, specialising in managing and developing local authority grant funding programs. He has worked as a grants officer for a major funder and served as a grants assessor for a national organisation. His successful fundraising efforts for local and national charities, along with capacity-building initiatives, have given him a strong understanding of organisational development and fundraising needs.
At Orange Consulting and Training, Hugh distills his extensive experience into actionable support for charities and social enterprises. He believes that sustainability is attainable for all Voluntary, Community, and Social Enterprise organizations with the right guidance. Hugh is committed to helping organisations thrive and grow, ensuring they can effectively meet evolving community needs.
Mustafa Arrale, Fitter Finances Programme Officer.
Mustafa has over 20 years of experience working and volunteering in the voluntary sector. His diverse roles have included capacity building, fundraising, consultancy, training, and financial advice at various organizations, including Ealing CVS.
Since 2017, Mustafa has focused on supporting groups in Newham to enhance their skills and expertise in financial management. He is passionate about empowering organisations to achieve their goals through effective financial practices and has conducted training on topics such as Gift Aid for local groups. Mustafa's extensive experience and dedication to community development make him a valuable asset to any organisation.
